In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Sabrina Taylor Swift service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This page describes the information that must be included in a DMCA takedown notice and a DMCA counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with substantially the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This can be a description of the copyrighted work(s) or a link to an authorized version of the work(s).
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled: This must include information reasonably sufficient to permit Sabrina Taylor Swift to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the specific page(s) on our Site containing the material).
  3. Contact information for the complaining party: Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: This should include the URL(s) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice.
